We work with visionaries, and many of them are founders with an idea, limited capital and no time to waste. The Startupper Program is our answer: an optimized and mentored five-phase technology execution acceleration program built for startups.
What founders actually need
Founders rarely lack ideas. What they lack is a de-risked path from idea to a product that customers pay for. The program is designed around four things we can provide:
- Advisory. Access to our experience crafting technology products and businesses, so each step is taken deliberately.
- Funding access. Introductions to a network of more than 200 accelerators, angel investors and venture capital firms. We also invest ourselves in selected ventures.
- Flexible payment options. Engagement models tailored to a startup's cash flow. We are a partner in the financials, not only in the code.
- A market-validated product. Marketing research and campaigns that align your ideal customer profile with your unique value proposition before you build too much.
The five phases
- Vision and validation. We define the problem, the customer and the value proposition, and test the assumptions cheaply.
- Functional prototype. A working prototype that investors and early users can touch. This is often what unlocks a first funding conversation.
- Minimum viable product. The smallest release that delivers the core value reliably, built on an architecture that can grow.
- Market entry. Launch, measurement and iteration, with marketing and product working from the same data.
- Scale. Hardening infrastructure, expanding features and preparing the technology story for the next funding round.
De-risking as a fundraising catalyst
Investors fund reduced risk. A startup that arrives with a validated customer profile, a working prototype and a credible technical partner is a different conversation from one that arrives with a pitch deck. Our de-risking approach is designed to work as a catalyst for the fundraising process, not as a parallel activity.
Your idea. We make IT happen.
